Tuneup time!

Tuneup time!
I'm right on the edge of 100K miles on my '03 4.6 FX4. My mileage has been slipping for the last 10K miles, and I want to do a thorough tuneup. So what do I need to do? All advice appreciated.

Depends on what's already been done and how long / how many miles ago.
If you've got the cash I'd replace all fluids and all filters the plugs and inspect and if needed replace the belt. That way tou can use the 100k mark the same as if it were a new truck and do the preventative maintenance as though you're starting at 0 miles.
As far as suspension / steering linkage and brakes.. depends.
