Unlikely! If there is one thing I have learned about this company, is that they are super cheap. They cheap out on training, equipment, benifits . . . .

My desk is battleship grey, my chair is as old as I am, my computer is 4 years old and wasn't very good when it was new. I gotta say though, the chair is the biggest pain, it is very hard on even my young back!

 

sometimes we have to pay the dues for the rewards later!

Yep, when I leave this company and start up a competitor

 

just like I said, it doesn't have to be with that guy, but the learning and experience will be the reward!

 

I gotta be honest, I am looking forward to one day competing with this company. The attitude in this company is that we don't need to use up to date equipment or have up to date training because the clients pay by the hour and we make more if we are less effecient!
