I have a 2003 Ford Super Duty 6.0 with Banks 6gun bundle and K&N Filter. I replaced EGR Cooler & Oil Cooler. Put the <NOBR id=itxt_nobr_1_0 style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; FONT-SIZE: 100%; COLOR: darkgreen">truck</NOBR> together, everything ran fine for 2 days (about 30miles). On the 3rd day it sputtered at start of engine, had engine running for about 15mins, attempted to back out of driveway, then engine turned off. Couldnt get it to start up anymore. Kicks over fine, checked fuel reservoir-looked fine. Do the fuel lines need to be primed? If so, where do I start? could be a stuck open egr valve from all the coolant that got ran through it,high pressure oil leak,faulty ipr valve or bad icp sensor.need to get some codes pulled or hooked up to a scanner to see whats going on.
