hello everyone, names Juan and me and my partner Kevin (business), just bought a 1997 XLT F150 4x4 4.6L with 114k on the clock. Paid $5300 for it, maybe a little high but we think its a clean truck for our business, dealing with lawn care. Figured i'd join up as our passenger side exhaust manifold gasket is leaking. The truck is a shade of green, has dual exhaust, a crappy tint job, off road tires, and a bug deflector!!

Replacing the exhaust manifold gasket isn't too bad but getting the broken studs out is a bit different. There have been a lot of post about doing it and how to get the studs out when they are broke.

looking for a little more feedback about the truck, common problems? an d still looking for more feedback on doing the manifold gaskets.....others chime in?
would PB blaster on the bolts help and let it run a few minutes each day to break up the rust? what about heat?
