ARP Head Stud Kit

Just bought an ARP Head stud kit for my 6.0 anyone had one done? How much should I expect to pay in labor? Hopefully I can get them to do the EGR Delete kit at the same time. I'm just trying to get a ballpark figure of what I can expect to pay them to do the stud kit? Also should I plan on replacing the head gasket too? Going to be doing some heavy pulling coast to coast basically

That's getting it done body off. Some guys have done it without raising it. Prices range greatly($1000-$2500 labor only), as does quality of install. If you ever loosen a head bolt/stud on a 6.0, you should change the head gasket.

Get the EGR cooler delete installed while you're at it.Shouldn't even cost any extra in labor, as the top of the motor will already be off.

we get 20 hours to do the head gaskets, at 75 and hour thats 1500 in labor. plus the head gasket kits and all the other parts you will need. i would also have the heads sent out to be machined. we send them all out to be cut do to the pitting on the heads from them walking on the block.

Not sure what year or how many miles on your ride but I would suggest you rebuilt the oil cooler while you have it apart. Good deals for rebuild kits are on Ebay.
