Did it!
Hi all,The other day I had my 2006 ford f150 xtr in the shop to have some repairs, while I was there I thought what the hell I test drive a 2010 with the max tow package.
So I started talking about price and options, well I think I bored the guy to death but I went home with a 2010 Ford F150 4X4 XTR package. It has the max tow option, which I wanted and it also had a lot more options, some I did not need and since I did not want them they did not charge me for them, I will post a couple of pictures later, but I am really impressed and I love the truck.
Just had to share.

Yeah it happened to me a couple of weeks ago, I took my 99 250 with 70k on it in for service and while waiting looked around, you know what happened. No wonder the sales people hawk the repair area. Enjoy your new truck, it's a nice looking rig, I got pretty much the same thing only silver, Mike

I bought one of my old Explorers that way, I took my '99 Ranger in for an oil change, and walked out with a 2001 Explorer Sport. The only irritating thing was that I had to argue with them over who was paying for the oil change on my trade in...
Very nice truck though, I like the color!

really nice. I am sure you will enjoy it. my 09FX4 now has 16K miles and the novelty of a new truck has not worn off one bit. I really like this truck. It is my 7th ford truck and I really like it best. I just don't get excited about new cars, but these trucks are a very nice package.
