from what i have read on here if you run shorty headers then yes everything stock will bolt up, if you go with long tube headers then its a custom exhaust the whole way
But shorty headers on the stock Y-pipe is a complete waste of time as it will produce no gains so yeah you really need to replace the whole exhaust.
+1 if you dont run a new exhaust it wont let those headers give there max potentional because the stock exhaust is VERY restrictive! Your best bet would be to run a 3" Y pipe with a single 3" exhaust or if you like duals you could run a 3" Y pipe with a 3" I-pipe into 2 1/2" or 3" duals or you could do true duals but youll see about the same hp wise but true duals will be alot louder.

That's a bit much.. there's no need for anything bigger than 2.5" pipe once the stock cats are out of the way, besides anything bigger than a 2.5" Y will be difficult to install on a 4x4.
