My truck sat for a few days while I waited on a new radiator to ship. After putting the radiator in, it would not start. I knew the GP were bad just been avoiding changing them. I knocked out the GPR as well trying to start it, so I replaced the GPR and GP. Still no start, so I then stopped by the stealer bought a cam sensor, nothing I was then told to try the ICP sensor and still nothing. My guess at this point would be the injector pump, I have tested everything up to the GP and its all good. I pulled the filter cap off to see if I was getting fuel, yes getting fuel. I'm lost! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I did notice the oil was really low the other day when I parked it, but I added oil could that still be possible? I'm faily new to diesels where is the HPOP located?
Underneath the plastic powerstroke cover between the AC pump and the alternator in front of the fuel filter is the the HPOP. It's the silver rectangle in the photo. There is a hex fill plug that you remove to see the oil level.
LOL I was saying I have one in the tool box, I checked the oil level in the HPOP it was like an inch and half from the top. Also after putting the plug back in I gave it a small squirt of starting fluid it cranked up and died.

NEVER use starting fluid on an engine with glow plugs. You could bust things up inside, doing that.
I knew it wasnt good for it thats why I just gave it a slight mist, only to see if the darn thing would start up. Thanks for having concern and not being rude!
