He isn't here he is in houston and I have never seen him do it either but I would bet any amount on him he is a hoss, and when he was 10 or 11 years he could do it with a 12 pounder.

I just hold it out from the end of the handle and slowly touch my nose with it?

20 pound arm straight out only thing moves is your wrist, hammer held at the end.
Show Joe it can be done I can't do it any more. I tried a few months ago.

They are hard to come by anymore. My dads boss out in the oil field would do that trick. It was mesmerizing to 12 y/o kid. I thought I would one day be tough enough to do it. I quickly changed my mind when a bunch of the guys were in the shop doing it for money one day. I got to see a nose get broken and teeth land on the floor...scared the crap out of me. I quickly changed my mind about doing it one day. Dude knocked himself out cold! Once the blood was cleaned up and he was iced down everyone was laughing it up.
