Need help!

I have a 2005 Explorer XLT and have to replace the Header Panel and Grille.
I'm new at this so here goes.
Would like some info on parts.

1. Should I get off the shelf parts or CAPA Certified pasts?

2. I know I have to remove the bumper so I need info as to the best/easiest way to remove the bumper and is there any thing that I have to look out for when removing it?

3. What part sites do you recommend?

Thanks for any info you guys can give me.
Bill

1. Save your money and get CAPA parts. Used a lot of them and never had any problems.

2.See my library here:

3.We have Certi-fit and Keystone here. I can't recommend a supplier in your area.

Thanks a lot ncranchero I really appreciate your help.
I was leaning to CAPA certified parts in that I didn’t need any trouble in the parts fitting.
Looking at getting the parts from RockAuto Auto Parts they have the parts I need.
Your links to the library files are just what I needed, thanks again!
