Wait to start light

On my old truck the wait to start light would stay on untill the glow plugs would cycle but that was on a 93 IDI motor. I would like to know if there is some way to make the WTS light stay on untill the glow plugs go off?

Do a search on here for the GPR Mod. A lot of guys have done this, it is a separate little light that will burn until the glow plugs go off.

This is a great mod. Costs only a few bucks and it will tell you when your GPR and glowplugs are on. The WTS light isn't tied to that system directly.
