v and b code spring mod shocks

I am doing the v and b code spring mod to my 2002 excursion, does bilstein make a zinc or polished shock for this mild lift?

Not to my knowledge.

The OEM replacement shocks listed for the 4x4 F250 for the fronts, and the OEM replacement shocks for the 4x4 Excursion on the rear is what you're after.
