Lug Pattern Compatibility?

Just curious, my friend who owns an '85 Chevy 3/4 ton has a set of aftermarket 16.5 x 9.75 rims on it, and I offered to buy them from him for my '95 Ford F-350. My lug pattern is 8 on 6.5, just wondering, do his rims have the same lug pattern and center hole as my truck? Thanks for your help.

Lug Pattern Compatibility?

The center hole is to small on stock Chevy wheels. You can try the aftermarket wheels to make sure.

Really? If those Chevy wheels have to clear a 14 bolt full floater hub I bet they'll clear anything Ford. I don't think there are nearly as many variances (if any) in the center hole size of 8 lug wheels.
