Front end noise
My 2000 4X4 Ranger has a high chirping sound once I hit about 25 MPH. When I brake, it stops but starts again at the 25MPH or higher. At first, I thought it was a brake wear indicator but that should only happen when braking, correct?
It is not clicking so it might not be the CV joint.
Any ideas?

You might want to check the brake pads on both sides anyway. Some of the wear indicator pads I've had made noise even without the brakes being applied. At least that way you can eliminate it as a source.
