Vin Number Confusion
Hey guys`
OK, well, I dont know why I did this but I decided to check the vin number code thing on my drivers side door to the diagram I had that told you the year, engine size, wheel width, and various other things. Well, the code on the door is:
F10YRF30638
My truck, however, is a 1969 F-250. So the doors, or at least the drivers side door came off a F-100, no big deal eh? Well, I decided I should check the vin number on my ownership papers to the actual one on the truck, just to make sure. The one of the title is:
F25HRE31494
So I looked just about everywhere and cant find this code on the truck. I checked under the hood on the firewall, on the hood cowl, on the dash, inside, and so far I cant find anything. I am just curious, although I guess it doesnt really matter but where is the vin on my truck?????Thanks
