Thanks again guys! I just ran down to the Hickory Hollow HF and picked up the 3-ton floor jack for $59.99. What a bargain. I hope it lasts longer than the 3-ton Penske floor jack that I got from Kmart ten years ago. It only goes up half way. Maybe it just needs oil...

Harbor Freight = China, I refuse to buy their junk. Buy American, our economy needs it.
The claybar will strip your wax, so you have to wax after it, wait till it's warm out, it makes the paint slick as snot, and thats with no wax, so you know all the dirt and debris is gone, I used to do it once a year.

I used to feel the same way about China-made stuff, but there's almost no way around it any more. I refuse to pay more for something just because it is made in America. The fact that we can buy cheap products means that we have more money to spend on other things, which increases our standard of living. Buying more expensive "American-made" products is good for the few people who build those products, but access to cheaper foreign products is good for everyone. Let the Chinese use their unskilled labor force to build all the crap that we use every day.
