Took the truck for a 60 mile drive today and it ran perfect. When I started it it ran perfect, no miss like it was. I haven't done anything yet, but will check wiring tomorrow I hope. I didn't get after it at all, just drove normal.
Un plug the map sensor when its running and if it runs beter the map sensor is either bad of fouled or has holes somewhere. But I doubt that is a issue, but you can try it.
ICP is on the top left of the hpop so your most likely loosing pressure at WOT. However pull the ICP connector and make sure there is no oil on the contactors.
Dont pull it just disconnect the contactor on top. Take like 2 seconds to check it. I bet there is no oil and your just running out of oil pressure at WOT. Check you HPOP level just for grins. Just in case the ballcheck is leaking it back to the low pressure side.
OK. Gotcha. Could that cmp sensor code been from when I had the dealer change the cam sensor. Just thought of this today. It was acting up real bad when they changed it and I don't have any idea if they cleared the code I'm sure it had to set. I doubt it. I haven't actually pulled the codes since then which was a couple years ago. Could that have been stored in there that long? Just checkin.
I reacon so, so long as you have not had the power off of the truck for a extended perios of time. But the pcm will not indicate a issue with the CMP or CPS if the trucks off when its changed. It may be croaking on you again. What was the color?
I believe its a gray one in there now but not 100% positive. I'll check it all out tomorrow and get back. I had the batteries out of the truck for about a month when I did my mods in January. That would probably be an extended period of time. I guess it could be going bad, not like I'd be the only one. I'll probably just put in my new gray one, check the wiring, and go. Should I get a dark gray one next time from international? I think I got this one from ed the parts guy when I was ordering some other stuff.

The dark one is better, Once you get it you can mic the differences on the two. Save the old one for a out in the booneys throw parts at the no start. There was a post a while back that showed the differences.
Ok I just left the shop did some stuff on it. I pulled the icp plug and checked for oil and there was none. I had a male/female spade setup where the 10k mod was so I eliminated them and soldered a piece of wire in there.
I changed the cps to my new gray one. The one that was in it was exactly the same. The measurement I came up with on these was 1.143. There were no marks or anything on it, looked good. I noticed the only part number difference b/w the light gray one I have and the dark gray one is the end is 5C91 instead of 6C91.
I also checked the wiring and plug at the cps and it all looked really good.
Seems to be running really good now, I'm going to look into a 17* pump or now I'm kinda leaning towards the adrenaline for the price.
Thanks for all the help. We'll see how it goes now.
