Quad/Crew Cab???

Has anyone ever successfully converted a F1-F6 into a 4 door?? Just curious how it would look! LOTS of WORK, but if done right, would be great!!! If I hit the lottery, I'd work my F-6 that way!

The tough part about doing an extended cab or 4 door mod to a Bonus Built truck is that the cab tapers toward the front. The firewall is considerably narrower than the back wall of the cab. You've got to account for that somewhere. That's not to say that it can't be done, but it's something to think about!

Its like that with all ford f-series pre '61 (and 61-66 too i think), doesnt stop people from converting them. Its easier than you would think, but you have to make your own door skin and re-shape sections of the door/frame, again since you are essentially "stretching" everything is going to be straight from the back of the front doors back. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...y-opinion.html
