What is wrong with this thing?!?

Ok, I've got an '04 F350 Supercab Dually with 6.0/auto. Problem is, it loses all throttle response and starts bucking and jumping like a mule. At idle...it's great. Get above that and you're just wasting time as it has no throttle response at all. Anyone??

one big possibility is EGR valve. Of course I am not a tech and have no experience diagnosing these things but it sounds like some symptoms I have heard about on here.

Well, thanks for the suggestion. This AM it won't even idle.......time for the wrecker call.

Sorry to hear you are having the problems with the 04. I have had good luck with mine (and the 3 previous PSDs I have owned). Not trying to make you feel any worse, but I do think for the most part these are great trucks. I hope it is something easy and not too expensive. Please let us know what you find out.
