unplugged plug
While under the hood of my 96 f-150 4x4 w/4.9 six trying to figure out why my windshield washers aren't working, I noticed on the left fender behind the control module that there are 2 u-shaped connectors that are mounted to the inner fender. 1 is plugged in the other is not. The outer plug is in, the inner is not. Can anyone tell me what these plugs are for and should they both be plugged in.
