For Clarification 4.1586 is for 99.5+. For E99 Use 4.1592. This is the part # I used.
From Energy Suspension Site " Vehicles made before March/1999 Will Use 4.5192 Instead!"
PasonPSD is correct. I would like to add that some 'later 99' trucks may still use the early style bushing. My truck has a 05/99 build date yet still required the 4.5192 bushing kit up front. Here is a picture of what my end links looked like before I pressed the old bushings out.

Good post Chavez.
Just goes to show if you have a 99 you have to be careful when you order. You can't always rely on the build date.

Agreed. Perhaps the term "Early" vs "Late" varies depending on the item being discussed as well.
I just noticed a potential typo in your original post. Did you mean 4.5186 is for 99.5 and up while 4.5192 is for earlier models? (I think the 5 and 1 might be backwards...)

Good eye. Got it fixed. The proper number was right in the link. Now if I could fix my dyslexia that easy.
I put these on my truck last weekend and was impressed with the quality. The instructions were non-existent, but thanks to FTE, they were cake to intall after having the old ones pressed out. It got rid of the leprechaun that was beating on my floorboards with a 4 lb hammer. I bought mine thru energy suspension and with shipping, it was only around $40.
