edge race shifting hard

edge race shifting hard
I have a 08 f-350 with the edge race programmer and it programmer on level 3. Everytime i seem to give punch it alittle bit it shifts really hard and its shifting really fast between 1st and 2nd. you can feel it and seens the tranny is lifting or engine. after its done shifting its fine. but when i come to a light or stop sign and then go again its stuck in 3,4,5 gear not to sure which one tho. Anyone have any ideas what to do?

Well, it could be a couple of things.
If you have gotten a new strategy flash for Ford lately, it might just be an update issue that you can get from their website(might not hurt to get the new update(if any) anyway).
You also have to realize that Edge products are notoriously bad on the TorqShift tranny as I have yet to see one that truly programs the tranny. I'm not saying that it's causing a problem yet, but the odds are stacked against you.
