Seat Folding
The 40 section of the 60/40 rear seat will not tilt and slide forward for access to the 3rd row seat. The handle is really hard to turn and it really does not turn much at all, compared to the 60 side.

My 2001 did the same thing. It was hard to fold and wouldn't lock into place. I lifted the seat portion up and sprayed all the piviot points, springs and any moving parts with white lithium grease and kept moving the parts until it loosened up. Line the area under with paper towels to keep the spray off the carpet. HTH
