help me plz

i have a 99 f250 psd it wont start it was running at idle started to miss then died and wouldnt start back up the wts light does not come on i checked the pcm fuse and relay they are good i check them with a multi meter not by eye if anyone could help that would be nice thanks for your time truck has no mod just straight pipe

Which fuse did you check? Fuse #30?

cant remember of hand but i know you told some other people to check 2 different things one bein a fuse and other being a relay i have noticed you reply alot and give good advice and was hopin you fond me

if the gpr is bad will the light still work

The GPR doesn't have anything to do with the relay. On a 99 model with no WTS light, often times it's a shorted fuel bowl heater that will blow fuse #30. The fix is to unplug the fuel bowl heater (on the back side of the fuel filter bowl), then replace the fuse and start her up. You don't need the heater, so just leave it unplugged for now.

How did it sound before it died? All other fuses check good, both under the steering wheel and under the hood? When you turn the key on, do you hear the fuel pump come on (it's on the frame below the driver seat and will make a humming or buzzing noise)?

Is your engine oil full? Fuel bowl full of diesel? After you crank the truck for a few seconds, does the tach bounce or move up? Oil pressure gauge start to move?

i got it runnin it was fuse #30 i was lookin in the wrong fuse panel thanks for all your help
