Cold shift Schedule always

My truck always starts and goes into cold shift mode, even if I start 2 minutes after I shut it off and its still warm enough for the needle to be on the O in normal.
So why does it do this?

The shifts are based on transmission oil temp. There is a thermistor in the solenoid pack to measure it.

You can see the pinout here:

Unfortunately I don't know what the resistance should be.

I worked on a fix for the cold shift , But I only have it when its below 70 degrees out side . It can be removed with programming, or by adding a resister ..

I don't want to get rid of it, but I don't think it is necessary that it goes into cold shift every time I start the truck. I mean I could drive 100 miles, shut the truck off for 10 seconds, restart it and it would be in cold shift mode.
I couldn't make heads or tails out of those two links.
What pins should I check the resistance across?

In the link I added on the left side of the diagram list that the pcm monitors the voltage drop across the temperature sensor next to the coast clutch solenoid. Perhaps there is a conductivity issue in the pins or the wire or the sensor is bad. Keeping your truck in the cold shift mode.

See page 3 the TST is about the size of a pin cap. It should come out a a 1/4 turn. There will be a qt or so of fluid behind it.
