B-II Ignition
I have an "84" B-II and every morning the last couple of days it shuts down and has to be restarted several times before it warms up enough and then it runs fine. Motor only shuts down in the morning. I have a code reader for my 84 Bronco and checking it twice it came up PIP. Ignition profile Pickup(PIP) circuit failuer. Question is should I replace the Profile Ignition Pick-up Sensor(PIP). Or should I check the EEC IV Module or the TFI. I know it has something to do with the Hall effect but code reader does not specify what part is bad and my book does not have a specific test you can run. These parts are expencive so I want to make sure for once I replace the right part that would make my code reader read that. Please Help Thanx
