Craigs list find.
I am always scowering the internet for things. Last week i found two brand new bed sides for an 80-86 8' bed. The guy had a listing for 87-91 parts but in the pic it showed a 80-86 style. He insisted they were 87-91 but i asked him if they were the ones in the photo and he said yes. I took a two hour drive and low and behold. TWO brand new, FORD, not aftermarket bed sides 80-86. For only $200 for the pair!!
Now all i need is a drivers fender and hood and i will have all the parts to put my 80 back together

well you got lucky you checked other years, I had something similar but in reverse I went to look at a mustang yesterday that the guy told me had a clevland in it, I drive 50 miles with plans to buy it get there open the hood and it has a 302 needless to say I left it there
