dana 70??
looked at a dana 70HD for my project today. its a dually rear end. is the housing the same width as a srw axle?? if so could i change out the hubs or are the rearends the same drw to srw and just use different wheels???

There's a difference between a DRW and a Dually axle. Dually usually refers to a truck with a pickup bed. These axes are wider than SRW pickup axles. But, DRW chassis cabs are the same width as SRW pickup axles. So, if it's from a pre 80 truck, it will work (there was never a dually offered in this body style). But, if it's out of an 80+ with a pickup bed, it's too wide.
