HELP
I've a 99 F-250 S-D w/ 7.3L powerstroke. I started it & I got the usual smoke and rough idle when it first starts cold (aprox. 22 Deg.F here) & went back in the shop. About fifteen mins. later went back out to find that it had stalled, it never stalls. when I tried to start it again, I noticed that the "Wait to Start" prompt would not illuminate. So I began checking the Fuses, and found that #30 fuse in the Passenger fuse panel was blown, I replaced it and tried it again. the "wait to start lite up but only for 3-4 seconds and blew the 30amp mini fuse again. Thinking it may be the glow plug relay I disconnected all the wires connected to it to see if that was the problem. It blew the fuse in 3-4 sec. again. What to do now HELP

Fuse 30 is PCM Relay Coil, Ignition Coil (Gasoline only), Fuel Heater (Diesel only), Wastegate Solenoid (Diesel only), Injector Driver Module Relay Coil (Diesel only)
Given the temp, I would guess you have a problem with the fuel heater or maybe the injector driver relay coil.
Is your fuel jelled?
