i wasnt talking bout the suspention bein stock i was wonderin if the body was like factory made 6 door or some guy 2 crew cabs a 36 case of beer and a welder and grinder and some super long frame.
well, if it was me, it would be the latter, and i highly doubt the former was available. and also, if it was me, itd be a six door supercab. id use the front section of a frame, about mid-way under the front doors, a rear section that went about as far under the rear doors, and make my own center section. then id put maybe a two inch lift on it, load a bout $15,000 worth of stereo in it with a twin-turbo IDI diesel, and use it for goin clubbin or whatever.
And hes a good fabricator I know , Ive seen lots of his work.
Where in the truck would there be lots of pipe used?
I dont think theres a toilet in it .
Maybe you are jealous because you cant afford it?
I wouldnt want it myself, but Im sure the truck has lots of detail to it.
Affording to build something out of steel stock and pipe from lowes isnt hard. So there Stevie Wonder did you not notice the subframe and 4 link front and rear? Thats pipe. I read it in the ebay add maybe a year or so back. Pipe is not made for that purpose for the simple fact of the welded seam. It can break under the wrong pressure. Next thing out of your mouth is gonna be "well it hasnt broke so far". Well the sun even shines on a dogs *** every now and then. I am a fabricator. I know that pipe doesnt get used on things like that. Like i said before the concept is nice but the material choice isnt the safest. So you can rub some cream on now and get rid of your butthurt. kthxbi

Actually you didnt say anything like your above statement.
The above statement is your opinion which you are entitled to but what you really said was a statement given like it was a fact.
What you really said was "No not factory. Cobbled up mess? Yes"
No i havent seen it. Saw it on several sites. IIRC it was on ebay awhile back. Had it listed that it was all made out of Sch40 or sch80 pipe. Pipe is for toilets not trucks. If it was built with DOM or Chromoly then it would be a whole different story. Dont get me wrong i like the concept but the way he went about it isnt really safe.
without wasting my time to look at the link....let me guess....6 door "F350" 4wd light OD green truck - almost yellow looking if memory serves?
Yeah its a POS. Sch 80 pipe for suspension links/subframe isnt safe. I like the idea of the truck but Id never build one. However IF I DID...it would be DOM or Chromo. Hell my drag link and tie rod is 1.5" x .250 DOM and so is Cheetos...ask him where he got it.

Got mine from some jayhole named Kris. Hes from SC and skeerd of some snow.
if i bought it, i would ONLY use the body. and i aint payin that much for somethin i could build...
the bodys the only good thing about it why would you build something like that if you cant ever drive it on the road? i bet he coulda done it alot better and have it street legal and be able to do what he did with that truck in the woods.

my point exactly. the only limitin factors if you built somethin like that for the road would be makin u-turns and findin a place to park somethin that long. lol. i suppose drive-thru windows would be a bit of mess too...
