Thanks

Hi guys,
I just wanted to introduce myself to the board. I have been watching this message board since January when I heard the 03's were coming out. All of the posts were very helpful, thanks.
I ordered my Estate Green EB loaded except nav. DVD, and tier mon. on April 13th, and I picked it up on May 18th. Awsome Truck The only drawback are the big mirrors. The mirrors are 94 inches out to out and my standard 8 foot garage door only has 95 inches clear. I can get it in without folding one but cannot get it out unless i fold one.
Don't get me wrong the big mirrors are great, there is virtually no blind spot anymore.

P.S. Still love my Laser Red 98 EB 4x4 Expy

I ordered the same equipped truck about mid-may in the ww blue. Just curious if you negotiated an extended warranty. Also (if not too personal), curious if you financed, and if through Ford, what finance option you chose. Any great deals out there I should be aware of? By the way, I received the supplier discount--X plan I believe--this may affect my ability to negotiate an extended warranty price, and as suggested by another, I may as well wait until the 36th month to purchase.

Sorry, I did not finance the truck and i did not get the extended warranty. I have owned four fords and this is the first one that i did not buy the extended warranty because I have never needed to use them. Knock on wood. With everything I have read about Ford trying to get the quality right on this one I figured that I would try it without it. I figure that I have 36K miles to determine if I really need it.
