I just had my 434 motor oil analyzed by Blackstone Labs. It shows a little fuel in the oil, but not serious problem. The flashpoint was a little low, due to the fuel, but again not serious. The oil viscosity was higher than expected, but I think that was because I told them that I had 5-30 Synthetic Oil, but It was Rotella Synthetic 5-40. There seems to be more metals & silicon than normal, but they say it's due to the motor still breaking in. They based their averages on a 400 with 3400 miles between oil changes. My motor is a 434, and I might have had more miles between changes. I'm not sure of the mileage because my Odometer mileage LCD display is blank. I have to get that fixed.
I wanted to post the PDF, but I can't upload a PDF directly to FTE. I'll try another route.
Thanks, I have put a lot of time and effort, and not forget money into it.
I have to thank Tim Meyer for the motor, Dave Stuckey for the transportation, some people in the Bronco forum, and some in the Tweecer group for the EFI help.
I'm waiting for the snow to melt, so I can take it out again.
