clutch acting up

clutch acting up

The hydraulic clutch on my 88 ford f250 is acting weird. whenever i first drive the truck the clutch seems spongy and does not fully return to the normal position. After driving it for a few miles and using it as least as possible my clutch fully primes up and returns to normal.

I have no idea where to start my master, slave or even a blown out bushing or seal.
any ideas would be appreciated.

Bleed out the clutch line for a bit, make sure there is no air in the line. If that doesn't help, I'd go for the clutch master cyl. Usually it's in that and it beats ripping out the tranny.
