), man my wife just made me forget what the heck it's called,anyways i think i'll take that on in the summer. maybe i can get the P0174 also. on another note i've been tracking down no heat. the shortof this very,very long story(not to mention 3X back to the parts store. we did put some really needed parts (140xxx). spring tensioner was froze up,bottom pulley bearing gone,serp belt,thermastat,antifreeze heater core flush. what NO HEAT
.So u probably no the next step. '98 f 150 supercab (remove heater core must be plugged or something,right?
. well after 2maybe 3 days igot the dash off yesterday(oh my god,what a TRIP. i got to the duct work and decided to take it off to the point of removing,my unc comes over and wanted me to wait til he got there to take the heater core out. well long story short we took ou 8 more screws and was able to hold the ( woops i just remembered" plentium")
no the RTFM just says remove the instrument panel and doesn't get into the on the job kinda info ya need. well now that he got the glory of REMOVING THE "HEATER CORE" it was a BROKEN "BLENDOOR". NOW everyone expects me to remember how to put it back to gether,
