All 5.0 injectors (with 1 year/model Mustang exception to get technical) are Bosch/Bosch style EV1 #19 lbs injectors. From the factory they will be orange in this generation.

Ignition coil?

What about the size of the ignition coil? Like voltage. I'm seeing a couple sizes for sale. Does it have to match the distributor I have a pro billet distributor in it

You need a ford style E coil. Pretty much any from the mid-80 to late 90s will work.

There's not much difference tween aftermarket & stock

40,000 volts, 200+ milliamps, 200+ microseconds.

The stock coil will burn up aluminum dist terminal caps & any weak link just fine as they are.
