The modifications necessary are the same as the smaller straight axle trucks.
Add an engine cross-member to pick up the engine and add a 385 series bell housing that fits the transmission you have, probably a clark 5 speed.

i have the same setup in my 68 f600. 460 np435 w/power steering and 2spd eaton rear, has the same kind of mounts as the 64 and down trucks. If you want i'll post some pic's of how it mounts in there.
