ITT: DP and Shifting
Well when i first got my truck it was burnt for a late 99 in which I had a early 99.. You would see lots of smoke when i pushed on it.. Shifts were hard , and service light would come on when i pushed on it
I was told the hard shifts would go away when they were gonna be burnt for a early 99.... Well i got my reburnt chip back and they ARE still hard Shifts.
When the shifting occurs under 2100, every time it shifts you hear a pretty loud thud coming from like under the truck in the middle. IF im pushing on it a bit and shifts are occurring over 2100 they are pretty smooth with no jerks and no thuds.
Why is this? Sometimes I dont like it at all... Any way to fix it?
It does not do this in stock tho. Another thing i noticed was that when i step on it, there not as much smoke in the 80e or the 140 tune, like it was in the late 99 chip that i had..Also looks like a little bit of white smoke coming out with the black?
