New guages!
I picked up some guages off eBay from an 89 van with the actual guages to replace mine, none of the lights worked and the old guages were not even close to accurate. I was told the I would of had to switch the printed circuit out, but realized that would have been a huge PITA becuase the old one was so jacked up. So I just plugged the new guages in as is and hoped for the best.......PERFECT fit. Plug and play. It's nice to see green light at night and guages that read right, even the voltage guage fluctuates like it's supposed to.

Look forand 80's econoline van. They are made of plastic not composite. I'll find my thread from a few weeks ago someone explained what will fit and work through what years. Only downside I found is they are nice and newer looking and my other dash parts the black is not as shiney. I also want to fine a way to revamp the lights behind the climate control as the green color has faded.
