it won't fit unless you want to do a little customizing... I got one from an older truck like you want to do and had to re-grind the whole bull bar where it meets the truck. I also had to re-weld a couple mounts to make it work... so yes it will fit if you have the time to make it work. Welder, grinder, and color matched paint needed... wouldn't recomend doing it with a chrome bull bar b/c the results wont look good...
