Bud I was smelling the rubber burning while I was getting the truck out of the snow drift on the beltway. One of the guys from the parkiville police precinct said he would send out one of the guys from the national gaurd to make sure I got out. I was gone before they were sent out.
I always thought that the 4X4 (front wheels) would kick in even if the rear wheels were spinning.... they didn't. I had better traction in 4X4 (HI) than 4 wheel low. Altho I WAS in 4Wheel low when I finally got out. Guess it's just weird when you are hi-centered.
That it is Bud. I did have to put the truck into 4 low twice once to get oput of my parking spot at home and once so I could get out of the snow drift I got stuck in on the beltway.
Yeah, he did...they got him unstuck and repaired the plow and he's back at the job of pushing the snow around.......
