When I was about six, my friend was visiting and said the word "ain't."
My mother was a walking english teacher and told him, "Ain't isn't good grammer."
Brian went home that evening and heard his mother say "ain't." He told her, "Momma, ain't ...ain't a good grandma." My mother thought that was the funniest thing she ever heard.
I guess you had to be there. She used to love to tell that tale constantly.
Have you had the header crack yet? Very common in those, and I dang near broke the intake trying to get the exhaust off!
Not that I know of, but I do have an exhaust leak at the collector on the header because I couldn't get the bolts tight enough. Even with a new donut gasket, it sounds like a bumblebee when I start it cold.
If it was my own vehicle (it's the family vehicle), I'd try to stick a split header on it, but that'd probably end up running into a lot of money and would likely cause more problems than it'd solve.
Well I'm off to bed, I have work in four hours. Nite
