You mean you get the truck in May for only $500 that she now has listed for $3000? WOW! I would be there in a second for that truck if I could if that's the case.

Holy Crap! You are in Belding! We are practically neighbors! If you happen to end up parting it out, please let me know what you might want for the C6 with the pedal assy and the auto column. Thanks!

Make me an offer. I have to check the tranny, they say it hits hard into the gears, not sure if tranny is bad or it has a shift kit......

I'm not quite sure what all that stuff would be worth, and I don't want to hit a way low figure and run the risk of it being offensive(not to mention I won't have the funds for a week or so...so I don't want to shoot an offer that I can't stand behind). I will check into a rebuild for one just in case the hard shifting turns out to be something bad. But I am very interested in getting an auto trans. Mostly because I currently have a manual in my truck, and I can't seem to find adequate parts to make my 460 bolt up to it (i.e. flywheel). Let me know what the shifting situation is all about and I will get back with you on it. Thanks again!

I have a number in my head, you throw a number out, and we will see how close we are to each other. I don't want to tell you a price that is outlandish, and insult you.

I'm pretty easy to get along with in that regard. As far as the number I have, in approximately a week to ten days I will have a budget of about $400 to work with. I have a 351 listed on Craigslist...and if I were to sell that it would also add to the parts buying budget, but I can't rely on that selling, so for now I only have the four bills to work with.

so--picked up the 79 friday and the 73 saturday.....The 460 is runnin rough, idles fine, but running rich and when you hit the throttle, it hesitates the pops thru the carb....thinking just a carb cleaning and it will be good to go...it's a tank tho....went thru a foot of snow with it and it laughed and asked for more....

tScott77....I am gonna part it out...it's in my name, at my friends house in Cedar Springs. the front fenders are spoken for(me) other than that, had some people show interest in some stuff, but money talks....Tell your friends about it and to gimme an offer
