I'm trying to remove my cab bushings. They are tight as hell and I can budge them. Is it possible to sawzall them from below between the rubber bushings? I tried to make a "puller" to remove them from underneath. I was bending 3/4" square tubing because they are so tight. Thanks!
I'm not 100% on this, but since I have to do this soon as well, I throw it out there for comments ..
I think you need to take one of the bolts, thread it back in the bushing, and then use the ol' BFH to drive them out from the top .. and of course lots of penetrating oil first ..
People have cut them, drilled them, and torched them out... all of which are not fun at all. The procedure I used was the easiest by far but might render the old mount and hardware unusable... most of the time it's garbage any how.
