Any upgrade over a factory setup is better than nothing in my opinion.

The screen looks a little smaller compared to some of the units that are out there (6.1" vs 6.5-7"), but for $1000, there's alot of functionality there for the money. I like the SD card feature, much easier than popping cd's of mp3's in and out all the time.
