5.4 questions

I may be picking up a 2001 F-150 5.4 7700 4x4 with the 4r100.

I want to have a fun daily driver with some good get up and go.

What is all out there to pump power out of a 2 valve 5.4 mod motor?

Cams, superchargers (looking for a roots style) what about heads?

looking for around 400 rwhp.

as for the transmission could I get away with a torque converter and valvebody? I know BTS does good work for the diesel 4r100 what about the gasser?

just some questions to ask.

thanks for your help

EDIT: wtf is the deal with the spark plug issues?

A tuner, long tube headers, efans, and CAI are a great start for a little over a grand. Take it you are a diesel guy [callen it a gasser] Don't worry about the plug thing, it does happen but not often.
