front end clunk
my 96 f150 4*4 has developed a fun new noise on the front end to make sure I spend some more quality time with her. A loud clunk comes from the front end everytime I turn or step on the brakes after the truck has been sitting. It only clunks once, either when you apply the brakes for the first time or turn left, then drives fine and quiet after that. id pull the wheel and take a close look at your caliper to make sure its not been moving around
check the bearings to make sure theres not play in them...check the ball joints again...that sounds like the problem to me
