But, I'm glad they're fixing your truck for you!!!!!
You're getting YOUR truck back and not having to start over on your existing mods...you're also not having to go through the rigamarow of getting a decent amount for your truck and finding a new one...Congrats!
Don't know if there's much you can upgrade on your truck, but now is the time provided you have the bread...

I'm happy they are going to repair the truck, but be careful. I see evidence in the second set of pictures that indicate your frame was tweaked.
Look closely at third picture. This one.
Focus on the oval shaped hole in the frame towards the top of the picture. Notice that the metal is torn or cracked starting at that hole, radiating downward at about 7 o'clock in the photo? This indicates the frame has experienced some bending or twisting force and needs to be checked.
Another key your frame may be tweaked is the fact your rear axle has been dislocated. It takes a lot of force to do that. Notice in the photo how there are marks on the frame where the leaf spring pack deflected sideways and came in contact with the frame rail? That force, multiplied by the leverage provided by the length of the leaf spring (like using a pry bar) put a lot of lateral force on the leaf spring mounts and frame rails.
Make darn sure that the frame is checked, then when you get the truck inspect it VERY closely before accepting the repair. Make sure everything looks right and it drives like it used to drive.
