I spent a big part of the day shoveling some of the women either in or out of their houses and drive ways. Spent some time watching how stupid some truck drivers are when they opened the roads too.
I sure could have used Dave's services.
The state left me a nice 4' burm in front of my shop. The ole ladys F150 busted through in a few tries though, it actually handles deep snow pretty good.
Not every year but they are not rare. 52 inches is the most I have ever seen here and that was over 20 years ago. 12 inches is a pretty good snow here , at least the weather guy was wrong and it quit 24 hours before it was supposed to.
She also griped about me packing her tailpipes full of snow while I was backing into the snow burm the plows left. The older she gets the more she gripe. lol
LOL were on flat land but 4,000 ft elevation. They always close the interstate several times a year. tThe last few years they have started barricading the secondary highways too, which pisses me off.
Have faith he will be here when we need him. He has probably flipped through here and seen we are talking about important things like snow and hurt fingers, and decided we could handle it lol.
old or young is simply a state of mind! My 18 year old went on a 90 mile quad ride with my old man... his grandpa... age 78.. The old man came home, cracked a beer and watched nascar! The 18 year old came home and crawled into bed and didn't get up for 2 days! said his legs hurt to much roflmao.
