1990 f250 Heat blowing warm air.

I have a 1990 F250 with a 4.0 liter straight 6. Ill let the truck warm up and turn heat on hot and it blows warm air. The fan is blowing fine but the temp of the heat is just warm. The coolant is up at perfect level. What could it be and how would I fix it?

Could be the Blend door is not moving all the way to the heat position or the heater core may be plugged up and only letting a small amount of coolant through if the hoses are hot.

Look at the heater core, could be that. If you have compressed air blow some through it and see if you can get some debris out of there.
