You could use a simple blow off valve like the fueler rails did years ago . A simple valve like an intake or exhaust valve with a light tensioned spring built into the intake plenum that would relieve the pressure at whatever pressure that you set it for. Or you could find a turbo from one of the older Chrysler cars that already have the BOV built in .
